Chapter Support:

Educational scholarship(s) for chapter members to attend AAOHN National Conference *

Educational scholarship(s) for chapter members to attend WSAOHN State Conference *

Scholarship(s) to reimburse AAOHN annual membership dues *

Leadership Scholarship(s) for outstanding members *

Sponsor an educational speaker at a chapter meeting

Sponsor meal (food and beverages) for a chapter meeting

Gift donation or merchandise valued at $50 or more for give-a-ways, door prizes or a grand prize

Sponsor $50 or more toward library fund, web site costs, newsletter costs, digital communication devices or other operating costs of the chapter

* Awards Committee will assist in developing criteria and qualifications for all scholarship donations. SEWAOHN Board of Directors must then approve all documents. The Board of Directors will allocate any nonspecific monetary donations.

SEWAOHN consists of over 140 Occupational Health and Environmental Nurses from the greater Milwaukee area, including Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, and Kenosha counties. Occupational Health Nurses (OHN) work in settings that include manufacturing and direct services, public health agencies, and facilities that provide health care services to worker populations. SEWAOHN helps Milwaukee area nurses earn continuing education units, identify best practices in health, wellness and safety management, and grow professionally through mentoring, skills development and networking.

Donations of $1000 plus will receive:

Advertising space on SEWAOHN web page from time of donation through twelve months. Advertisement may be in the form of ad and/or link to company web site. Platinum sponsors will always be listed prior to other gold or silver sponsors.
